Soft Hands Kind Heart

FACT: Philippines also ranks fourth in the world in terms of countries with the highest number of prostituted children :(

ECPAT and The Body Shop just recently launched their "STOP Sex Trafficking of Children & Young People" campaign by putting up signature booth on The Body Shop stores worldwide. I wouldn't elaborate on this much but it's really for a good cause so I encourage everyone out there to go to your nearest TBS and sign this petition. This is for FREE and you will get a free sample of their Soft Hands Kind Heart hand cream.

Better yet, buy the full size 50ml hand cream for only 195php ($4). Profits from the sale of this item goes to ECPAT that funds shelter for sex trafficking victims.

The item itself is a good buy:) Really moisturizing and it smells AH-MAZING...AYLAVET! Plus its really small you could easily throw it in your purse ;)

Fly and Fashion

Just a public service from yours truly:

1. The well beloved Forever21 of all the Youtube style gurus will be re-opening it's doors to Manila tomorrow, July 2, 2o1o at the SM Megamall in Ortigas. I say 'RE-OPENING" because I'm sure there used to be one at Robinson's Place Manila in Ermita back when I was in college..or high School. Anyways, too bad I don't have a photo or even a purchased item to prove this (it's darn expensive for my allowance).

2. Airphil Express, 'Express Sale' is back with a vengeance:) Promo starts today, July 01 to July 05, 2010.

Could I have some love for such an up to date update?? hehe :D

New Pres New Start???

So today was a very important day for the Philippines as the new President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III was inaugurated. Well..I did not vote for this guy but I don't want to be a sourpuss as of the moment. For a change, I want to be positive this time like the rest of the Filipino people who believe he really can change our long time corrupted and abused nation. The speech was very good actually but I'm not in the mood to IMO on some points that somehow made impact to me. So..there, this is actually a very short post. I would just like to ask everyone to pray for the new administration and may God bless the Philippines:)

Here's a short vid of what transpired this morning of his inauguration.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.- 2 Chronicles 7:14
